Crested-Butte offers more double black
diamond skiing than any other resort in Colorado. Crested
Butte is also the home of the U.S. Extreme skiing and snowboarding
championships, which is held every year. Located in the heart
of the rocky mountains, Crested Butte is only 24 miles from
the nearest airport which makes it an ideal resort for those
who don't like to travel long distances.
